Janos is the founder of Ando Glaso and has been managing the organisation since 2017. He is an expert of Roma culture and heritage and a well known music professional. He has developed and delivered numerous projects not only through Ando Glaso but on the mainstream Scottish cultural scene. He produced groups such as Dallahan, organised and performed tours on three continents, He worked on productions such as the Glasgow Girls, he is a sought after recording producer and engineer and also a teacher working for such organisations as the RCS. His work in the field of Roma integration was noticed by prestigious organisations and he has been invited to join the boards of BEMIS and the Musicians Union.
